Installing the SouverainBox on your network
What you receive, plugging it in, the box's address, accounts, the two document bases and what stays with you.
The SouverainBox arrives ready to use. We configure it before delivery and help you put it into service.
What you receive
An HP Z2 Mini workstation, Standard or Premium model, with Windows, SouverainCode, three Mistral models and Archipel, the document base. Three-year HP warranty.
Plugging in the box
Connect the power and a network cable. The box starts on its own, and its services restart automatically after a power outage.
Giving it a fixed address
We recommend an address reservation (DHCP) on your router, so the box always keeps the same address. We’ll help you set it up.
Opening SouverainCode
From any computer on your network, open Edge or Chrome at http://souverainbox:3210. We also place a SouverainCode shortcut and a Welcome SouverainBox page on each computer’s desktop.
Accounts
We create the owner’s account. The owner then creates the employees’ accounts.
Two document bases
- The company’s shared base: documents placed in the box’s C:\SouverainBox\Documents folder and its subfolders are indexed automatically, within 15 minutes. Every account can search it and add documents; only administrators can remove documents or export it.
- A personal base per account, fed by what each person drops into SouverainCode’s Documents page.
What stays with you
The AI, your conversations and your documents stay in the box. Remote support, included in the maintenance plan, goes through a secure access we use only with your consent.
